Trasigt (Swedish for “broken”) exists because the projector cable that died on Monday is still dead on Friday — not because nobody cared, but because reporting it was nobody's job and everybody's hassle.
So we made reporting a 20-second thing anyone can do. A small printed sign in every conference room carries a QR code and a short address. Scan it, type what's broken, optionally add a photo, send. No app, no login, no account. The organization's facility team gets an email immediately and sees every room's status on one dashboard.
