Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the Trasigt service, operated by Prodify Group AB (“the operator”). By creating an organization or using the service as a member, you accept them.

The service

• Trasigt lets organizations collect anonymous reports about broken conference room equipment via printed signs, and lets the organization's members handle those reports.
• The service is provided as-is, without uptime or support guarantees. The operator may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice to registered organizations.
• Each organization may create up to 50 rooms.

Your responsibilities

• Admins are responsible for who they invite and for taking down printed signs of rooms they archive.
• The reporting form must not be used to submit unlawful content. Reports are anonymous; the operator cannot identify reporters and organizations accept that moderation of reports is their own responsibility.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other organizations' data.

Termination

The operator may suspend organizations that abuse the service. Admins may stop using the service at any time; on request to the operator, an organization and its data will be deleted.
